Childcare services including pre-school, crèche, homework club, afterschool activities and monthly Adventure Day are provided at the JADD Project facility. We believe in the importance of family support as our service users go through their treatment and rehabilitation programmes. A Family Support Group is also a key component of our service.
Susan Conway, Childcare Manager, trained to FETAC Level 6 and Titi Agbele, Assistant Childcare Manager is trained to FETAC Level 5. In our Childcare Services, we are supported in our staffing level by Tallaght Centre for the Unemployed and the Loreto Project. JADD, in partnership with Foróige, Barnardos, Killinarden Family Resource Centre, Killinarden Community School (School Completion Project) Old Bawn School Completion Programme host a 14 week Strengthening Families Programme. This programme was developed to enhance parent-child relationships, reduce risk factors and develop protective factors.
